Introduction to production process:
1.The preparation
Calculate the weight of materials required for the production of this batch of orders according to the product BOM. Then calculate the weight of raw materials, color paste, vulcanizing agent and other raw materials according to the formula of raw materials. Prepare all kinds of raw materials required according to the calculation result。
2. Rubber mixing
In raw materials, color paste, vulcanizing agent and other raw materials are ready, can not be directly used for vulcanization molding, need to use the machine to stir these raw materials evenly, this process is mixing, also known as mixing. The purpose of the silica gel product is to mix the vulcanizing agent into the raw material, so that it meets the necessary conditions for molding, and according to the color formula to add the corresponding color paste will be the rubber coloring.
3. The cutting material
All kinds of raw materials after mixing, can be used for molding. 4. Hot pressing molding

5. Inspect and trim edges
